We care as much about the environment as you do, which is why we have replaced the individual toiletries in your room with large-format ones.

Sometimes it can be difficult to choose the right pillow. So if you're not convinced by the one you've found in your bed, you can choose another one that better suits your needs.

BUTTERFLY

As its name suggests, this butterfly-shaped pillow adapts perfectly to your neck and head, providing maximum comfort.

SQUARE

If you like to sleep on your back, this is the pillow for you. Feel how it envelops you with its soft and fluffy touch.

LATEX

Not too soft and not too hard. This pillow offers the perfect balance between comfort and firmness.

Changing room towels

You can contribute to preserving the environment with a simple gesture: reusing the towels in your room. When you want to change them, simply place them in the bathtub.

• SUITES: You will find them in your room and they will be changed if you leave them in the bathtub.
• SUPERIOR: You will find them in your room and they will be changed at reception with a credit card guarantee as a deposit of 1€ per towel change.
• STANDARD: Towels are collected/delivered at reception with a credit card guarantee as a deposit and are changed for 1€ .

• Full board with drinks included (water, soft drinks, juices, beers and/or wines).
• Bar service from opening until 00:00 h (in high season until 01:00 h): All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from our menus, except for some products (reservations, special beers, cocktails, etc), which you can also enjoy paying a supplement.
• Tapas of the day from 12:00 h to 15:00 h at the bar or pool bar.
• Potato chips (Lay's with salt and Cheetos) and ice cream in tubs of various flavours from the opening of the bar or pool bar until closing time.
• Snack from 17:00 h to 19:00 h (sandwiches and assorted fruit). In low season in the Tivoli Bar. In high season snack buffet service in our Restaurant Andalucía (it is not allowed to take the food out of the restaurant, nor to enter wet.

We offer you our laundry services, so that your clothes also receive the best treatment in their cleanliness.

Your pet is also welcome in our establishment.

• Only one (1) pet (dog or cat) is allowed, it must weigh a maximum of 25 kg.
• On arrival we will ask for a supplement of 25 € for cleaning costs, + 12 € for each night of stay.

Out of respect for the other guests enjoying the hotel, your pet will not be allowed to use the common areas and must remain in the room. In addition, it is expected that their behaviour is appropriate and does not disturb the peace and quiet of others.

We advise you to use the safe (for a fee) which is available in all the hotel rooms. The insurance covers up to €1,500 for theft. The hotel is not responsible for objects and belongings that are not deposited in the safe. Please ask at Reception.
